How We Use Your Information

To follow up with you — Jack will use your contact information to reach out within 24 hours of your inquiry to schedule a free consultation.

To personalize your consultation — the information you share about your son helps Jack come prepared and make the most of your time together.

To improve our service — we may review chat interactions in aggregate to improve how our agent responds to common questions.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with any third parties for marketing purposes. Ever.

Information About Minors

Contend Co. provides coaching services to minors (boys under the age of 18) through their parents or legal guardians. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from minors. All information collected through this website is provided by parents or guardians on behalf of their children. Prior to any coaching engagement, a signed parental consent form is required.

Data Storage and Security

Your contact information and chat submissions are transmitted through Formspree, a secure form handling service, and delivered directly to our email. We take reasonable precautions to protect your information, though no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

We do not maintain a database of your personal information beyond what is retained in our email correspondence with you.

AI Chat Agent

Our website uses an AI-powered chat agent to answer your questions and help you determine if Contend Co. is a fit for your son. This agent is powered by Anthropic's Claude AI. Conversations with the agent are processed through Anthropic's API. Please do not share sensitive personal or financial information through the chat beyond what is needed to inquire about our program.

Our website may use basic cookies to maintain functionality. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes and we do not run any third-party advertising on this site.
